We are 1 of only 12 legal nightly rentals on the north shore of oahu. No 30 days minimum or weird contracts etc. Peace of mind when booking. Safe and peaceful neighborhood in the center of the North Shore.

The space

This tiny home is located on a small peaceful neighborhood on waimea bay in the heart of the north shore. This unit features 2 private loft bed rooms with queen size beds, air condition & fans. High speed Wi-fi, Fully equipped with a full functioning kitchen. Cozy living room space with a designated working space & a 65 inch TV. This unit also features a private full size sauna and a gym space with a small upper deck area great for yoga or getting sunshine.

This unit has 1 designated parking spot in a shared off street gated parking.

Five minute walk to some of the islands most beautiful beaches, Large grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants all within 5-10 drive.

Short walk to a private and beautiful cliff side directly in front of property, please check photos.

*Regarding beach access, We sit next to Waimea Bay. There is a neat trail that goes out from our cul-de-sac and has the option to go up to a fabulous lookout over the bay where you can see turtles, dolphins, occasional whales and wonderful sunsets. It also has an option to go down towards the beach and if the there are no waves and the water is flat (mostly in the summer) then you can jump in the water from the rocks and swim a short distance to the beach, otherwise there is a local trail/pathway behind the house that the locals use to access the beach, we have timed this walk and it takes about 8 minutes.

If you have never been to the North Shore one of the cool features is that there are so many beaches to visit so we encourage you to drive around and visit many of the nearby beaches that are literally minutes away, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Turtle beach and Ali’i beach in nearby Haleiwa, as well as Sharks Coves on the other side of the bay for epic snorkeling.

Other Things To Note

  • The lofts and deck require ability to climb a ladder, please be advised when booking.
  • This units shower is a hot out door shower with full privacy in the palms.
  • You are staying in the north shore on a tropical island it’s normal to see lizards, bugs & birds around.
  • There is a golden retriever that is around time to time, he’s everyone’s best friend and extremely sweet.
  • We have hosted people on our property for over 15 years, We are very easy going and are happy to help with anything needed.
